My Promise To You

I promise to respect your wishes.  It’s your day, and your style.  I can, and will, make it work your way. I will customize your wedding reception to your desires. I will not just do what I want to do.

I promise to give you the benefit of my expertise.   I will help you with ideas, whether completely new to you, or just by helping to make your own ideas work even better. 

I promise not to ask you to make decisions on your wedding day about how things should go.  All planning and decisions will be made in advance, so that you can enjoy your day and enjoy your guests. I will make sure that I know who to contact on your wedding day, if we should need to speak with someone for some reason. I WILL NEVER BOTHER YOU except to make sure that you are ready for a special pre-planned highlight of your reception. In this case, you and your photographer, guests, etc will have at least a fifteen minute notice of any special highlight. My goal is to take the stress away from you and to make sure that you have a fun-filled, stress free wedding reception.

I promise not to embarrass you.  No surprises.  No embarrassing you or your guests, or forcing your guests to do things they don’t want to do.   I strongly believe in encouragement, not intimidation. I may ask you or your guests  if you would like to participate in a fun filled interaction activity, but I will not intentionally embarrass you, your family or guests.

I promise that we will be easy to work with.   My purpose and goal is to make your day great.  

I promise to play your favorite music, and to eliminate the music you don’t want.  It’s your reception  - why should you have to listen to music you don’t like? Once you reserve my services you will be able to build your own music list -IF- you wish to do so. Of course, you do not have to pick all of your music. You can just tell me what you want. I am a professional at mixing up the music. You will also have the option to allow your guests to place online advanced music request if they would like and if you permit them.

I promise to look good and smell good.  I will be dressed appropriately, and my sound systems will be immaculately neat and clean.  No unsightly wires ( some will show with lighting system, but I do our best to hide all wires ) NO beat up equipment to make your beautiful reception look ugly.

I promise not to drink alcohol, use illegal drugs, smoke, hit on your bridesmaids, use inappropriate language, be late, or any of the other horror stories you’ve heard of.  I am a true professional, and I will act accordingly.

I promise to care.  You truly matter to me as a person, and your wedding day is not " just another job " for me. Your wedding day is important to me. I will treat your day as I would expect for my own day.

I promise to be flexible.  You and I will plan everything in great detail prior to your big day, but on the day of your wedding, sometimes circumstances dictate changes which could not be foreseen.  I will work with the circumstances to make sure no one even knows there were changes made. I and my assistants are professionals which means that everything will flow smoothly....BUT NOT STUFFY and not with a rush, rush feeling unless of course YOU want to rush.
