When you reserve my personal entertainment package for your entertainment needs, I will be set up and ready to perform by our agreed start time providing that I have access to your venue location within two hours prior to our agreed start time for sound equipment setup and three hours for sound and lighting setup. Of course, you do not pay for my setup time. You only pay for the agreed time to perform. If circumstances should arise beyond my control that would prohibit the ability for me to have access to your venue location within my required setup time, I will be ready to perform just as soon as possible. Such circumstances include but are not limited to road construction or traffic accidents that cause travel delays, severe weather conditions that may delay setup time for outside events or not being able to have access to your venue location for proper setup time.

I will be your actual Disc Jockey and Professional Emcee which means that I will not just provide you with an employee or even worse, I will never sub-contract out my personalized services to any other company just to make a small profit at your expense. Keep in mind that there are many compaines around who will sub-contract out your special celebration to another company and make a profit at your expense. When you reserve my services, you will know exactly who will be your Professional Disc Jockey because I fully guarantee that you will talk with me from our first conversation to your very last dance. You can rest assured that when you reserve my personalized services, I will be your actual Disc Jockey/Emcee or I will refund all of your money.

I will professionally coordinate and direct all special highlights of your reception or event as you wish and as we will fully discuss prior to your reserved date so that all you will need to do is just relax and enjoy with your friends and or family. I will provide you with quality and professional service from our very first conversation to your very last dance.

I will provide you with unlimited consultations in my office with appointment, by phone, email, fax and or mail

I will always tell you the truth, no matter what.

I will spend at least five to ten hours hours in the planning of your reception or event so that I am properly prepared. I will never just show up and " hope " to get by. I take pride in being sure that I am properly prepared for each and every reception or event that I provide services for.

I will work closely with all of your professional vendors to ensure a smooth and professional flow of your reception or event.

I will present myself in a professional manner and treat you and all of your guest with the utmost respect.

I will return your calls and or emails promptly if I should not be available immediately.

I will not drink alcohol or use illegal drugs before or during your reception or event. There is nothing worse than a " drunk DJ " who is performing a professional service. I know as I have seen a few and I even heard one actually call someone a slang name over the microphone. No need to worry about this when you reserve my personal and professional services. There are many part-time weekend DJs who have the idea that the " get paid to party." I get paid to have a great time in providing a quality professional service without using drugs or alcohol.

You will speak with me personally at all times when you call unless of course I should be on one of my weekend vacations which I do not get very often. I will always return your call as soon as possible, even if I am on one of my vacations because your calls and questions are as important to me as they are to you.

I will provide you with professional sound equipment with backup emergency equipment on site and ready to go just in case of equipment failure.  

I will do my best to answer any question you may have that pertains to your reception or event.

I will not try to be the star of the show. YOU are to be the main focus!

I will never sell, rent or give your information to any other  company. I take your privacy very seriously.

When you reserve my personal services for your wedding reception, I will pronounce your name as husband and wife correctly.

The above standards are standards that I have seen taken for granted, looked over and abused in my industry. I have personally heard stories and have seen many of these standards broken by my competitors. I am determined that I will never join them in their unethical behavior.
